Experience	CoreCentric Solutions Inc, Carol Stream, Illinois 2018 - Present Product Engineer Electrical Developed and launched a repair returns process for consumer entertainment racing wheels totaling over 15 different products. Designed a new test process flow with specific repair procedures depending on product failure to reduce excessive component replacement. Main communication contact with customer handling new products, engineering requests and questions, and project management. Designed layout and flow of repair cell while managing and training a repair technician. Multi project focus in launching new products, new product analysis, and production line technical support. Main area of focus was final stage review and launching of appliance control boards. Additional areas in automotive products requiring new repair procedures to be developed with the use of a BGA rework machine.
